All our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of when you place the order. Orders placed on Friday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

It usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Reusable & protective face masks and Mists are our final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items are eligible for exchanges with any style available on the website. In case the new item is of lower value, store credit will be issued to you.

If you do not wish to exchange with another item, you can simply return the same in exchange for store credit with 1 year validity from date of issue.

All styles under the FINAL SALE with 50% OFF & above, and B1G1 offer, cannot be exchanged.

The Process

Step 1:

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way & condition it was delivered in.

Step 3:

Our team will schedule a pick-up which should take up to 3-5 working days. In case of a size exchange, once the original order is returned back to the warehouse and quality check is done, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.


Second exchanges for the same order will be chargeable. For second exchange, you have the following options:

1. You can ship the product on your behalf to our warehouse.

2.You can raise a request for it to be collected by us for a fee of INR 200. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been made.

Please note

- All items for exchange should be unused, unsoiled and unaltered.

- The exchange process will be initiated post inspection of the item at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if any item is damaged or used by the customer.

The replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 days post inspection.

Damaged/Defective Product

If the item delivered is damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it for a fresh product in the same style. In case of stock unavailability, a refund will be issued of the same amount in the form of bank refund.


Store credit is emailed to you in a voucher format on your registered email ID. You can utilize the same during check out by copying the code and applying it in the box that says “use discount code or gift voucher”. If you face any issue while applying the same, please email us on info@femella.in

Products purchased on clearance sale, and products that are returned in a soiled, damaged or altered condition will not be eligible for refund/store credit.

      • If gift vouchers/gift cards are redeemed at the time of purchase will only be refunded in the form of store credit only.
      • Gift card or store credit is valid for prepaid orders only.
      • Store Credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Coupon Codes

Any promotional coupon code can only be used once per user/order, unless mentioned otherwise. With each order, only one code is applicable.
