Prepaid orders below ₹2,500 will incur a shipping charge of ₹80.
- COD orders carry a ₹150 fee, added at checkout.
- Delivery within 5–7 business days (remote areas may take longer).
- Tracking ID will be emailed once dispatched.
- Please do not accept packages that appear tampered.
Dispatch
- We strive to dispatch orders within 48 hours of placement.
- Orders placed after 12 PM Friday ship on Monday or next working day.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear from FEMMELLA. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-sale items: Eligible for return (processed as a Gift Voucher valid for 1 year) or exchange. Please note: We don’t offer bank refunds
- Sale items (Dress Fest Sale, End of season sale, 50% OFF or more, or promotions such as B1G1, B2G2, Final Sale or any Flat price Sale (₹1500, ₹999), Black Friday Sale 26th Nov-27th Nov) are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Your first exchange is on us! (excluding sale items). For additional exchanges or size changes, a ₹150 courier fee applies.
- Exchanges can be made for any available style. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust it via a secure payment link.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- No store credit will be issued if a non-Femmella item is returned or exchanged with altered labels or stitching.
- Once your request is placed, pickup will be arranged within 48 hours, and replacements or vouchers are issued after a quick quality check.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Will be replaced with the same item. If unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a Gift Voucher.
Important: Please record a clear photo or video while unboxing the parcel and share it with us. This helps us verify and process your request quickly.
Gift Vouchers
- Issued for returns, lower-value exchanges, or price differences.
- Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, non-extendable.
- Remaining balance stays active on the same code.
- Cannot be used with COD orders.
E-Gift Cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for eGift Card purchases.
- No discounts or promotional offers are applicable on eGift Cards or on orders containing eGift Cards.
- eGift Cards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Once purchased, an eGift Card cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are not applicable for eGift Card purchases.
- eGift Cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.
- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, non-extendable.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- When returning an item, please ensure it’s the correct one. If a wrong item is sent back, our team will do their best to help recover it, but FEMMELLA cannot take responsibility for any loss.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders with a total value exceeding ₹15,000.
Coupon Codes
• Only one coupon code can be used per order.
• Coupon codes are generally valid for a single use per customer.
• A Gift Voucher and a coupon code can be applied together.
