Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges can be made for any style available on the website.

If you do not wish to exchange an item, you may return it for Store Credit with a 1-year validity.
Exchange Process

Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and has all original tags attached. Place the item back in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Our team will schedule a pick-up within 48 Hours. For size exchanges, the replacement will be dispatched after the returned item passes the quality check at our warehouse.
- Orders placed during the Any sale item will incur an exchange fee of ₹150. Returns will not be accepted.
Second exchanges for the same order will incur a fee of ₹150. A pickup will be arranged, and after the product is collected, a payment link of ₹150 will be sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours. The exchanged item will be dispatched once the payment is completed..
Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange or return.

All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
We currently offer store credit or exchanges only — no refunds.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the damaged product is out of stock, a refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Important Notes

If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a Store Credit with a 1-year validity.

Please note: In cases of refunds, all associated shipping charges for both forward and return/exchange shipments are non-refundable.

Customers can use an active coupon code for exchange orders. Deactivated coupons cannot be applied.

Products purchased under Birthday Bash Sale, B2G2, B1G1, B2G1 promotions, Birthday Bash sale, Flash and Final Sale (Flat Rs. 999/-) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased under Flat 50% OFF and above are eligible for exchange only.
Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement.

Orders placed after noon on Friday are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
Store Credit

Store credit will be emailed in Gift card format to your registered email ID.

Use the voucher code during checkout in the "Use Discount Code or Gift card" section.

The Store Credit Gift Card will be valid for one year from the date it is created . To avoid any future issues. Kindly use it before it expires, as per our policy, it cannot be re-issued.

Clearance sale products and items returned in a soiled, damaged, or altered condition are ineligible for refund/store credit.
- Orders placed using a gift card are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
